1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spomov (including viewing sports reels, reading or posting on our blog), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• •You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum in your region). If you are under the age required by law, you may use Spomov only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
• •You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of Our Services

Spomov provides sports-focused short-form video reels, editorial/blog content, and community features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User Content (Reels, Comments, Blog Submissions)

• •You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., sports reels, captions, comments, blog drafts), but you grant Spomov a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, publicly perform and display your content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the services (including across our social channels and distribution partners).
• •You represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to post the content (including music, broadcasts, logos, and league footage) and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.
• •We may moderate, remove, limit distribution of, or refuse to display any content at our discretion, including to comply with law, rights requests, and platform policies.

5. Community Rules

• •No hate, harassment, or threats.
• •No illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, or excessively violent material.
• •No doxxing, spam, scams, or impersonation.
• •Respect sports IP: do not upload full match broadcasts, paywalled content, or content you don’t own the rights to.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• •Reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing technical protections.
• •Interference with service integrity (malware, DDoS, automated abuse, fake engagement).
• •Unauthorized advertising or commercial exploitation without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The services, including text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Spomov and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Do not use Spomov marks without our written permission.

8. Editorial Standards (Sports Reels & Blog)

• •Sports stats, scores, and schedules may change and may be delayed. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and may include opinions.
• •Unless explicitly stated, nothing on Spomov is sports betting, financial, medical, or legal advice.
• •We may label sponsored, paid, or partner content. Creators must follow applicable disclosure rules in their region.

9. Third-Party Content & Links

Spomov may link to or embed third-party content (e.g., official highlights, social posts). We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, third-party sites, products, or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Takedown & Rights Requests

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail to identify the material and ownership. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPOMOV DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, NOR THAT CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOMOV AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spomov and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, including for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the services at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by applicable local laws where you reside or, if specified by Spomov in writing, by the laws of a stated jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws and the competent courts/tribunals, unless otherwise required by consumer protection rules in your region.
